Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic Storefront Associate in Carrollton, TX. This entry-level role supports delivering warm, friendly service and helping guests select products.

You will operate the POS, assist with coffee and bakery items, keep the store clean, and work with teammates to create an exceptional guest experience. Weekend availability is strongly preferred, and a high school diploma is typical for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handler Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greet guests and assist with product selection.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and bakery items as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and store leadership.
• Follow all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-train in multiple areas (Cashier, Bar, Bread, Cake).
• Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
