85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring Store Front Associates in Austin, TX. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with bread and beverage preparation, and supporting daily storefront operations.

You will cross-train across Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar areas while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. We seek individuals with a High School diploma or higher, strong organizational skills, and reliable weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend/holiday availability preferred.
• ServSafe certification recommended to enforce health regulations.

Responsibilities
