Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team and oversee bakery‑cafe operations.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members while motivating and engaging the staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to meet goals and maintain quality service.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and local regulations, while controlling costs and inventory.
• Create a warm Panera experience by delivering exceptional guest service and a welcoming atmosphere.
