Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required for any offer.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through business acumen.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery-cafe team and oversee success of operations.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members; motivate and coach staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and development.
• Control costs and inventory; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and build loyal, engaged guests.
