Panera Bread in Walnut, CA seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing bakery-cafe team and own daily operations, staffing, and guest service. You will drive performance, coach staff, and uphold Panera’s guiding values to ensure exceptional experiences for guests.

You will hire, train, and develop personnel, manage costs, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement within Panera’s culture of warmth and growth.

Competenze

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required.
• Proven ability to drive results through strong business acumen.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
