Panera is seeking a General Manager to lead a beloved neighborhood bakery-cafe. You will own all operations, hire and train staff, schedule and develop talent, and drive performance while delivering the signature Panera experience and warmth to guests.

You will manage costs, ensure quality and safety standards, and build a culture of growth and teamwork. A ServSafe certification is preferred, with background checks required, and flexibility for a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve)
• Background check required prior to hire
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
