Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience required.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Background check required prior to employment.
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery-cafe team and oversee staffing, scheduling, development and performance.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members and foster engagement.
• Manage costs, inventory, quality standards and guest service.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera’s Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state/local regulations.
