Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all bakery-cafe operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Hire, onboard, train and develop team members while motivating and engaging the staff.
• Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies; manage costs and inventory.
