Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Sugar Land, TX is seeking Store Front Associates to provide outstanding customer service, perform bread/baking duties, and assist with beverages during shifts. This entry-level role requires a high school diploma, 20+ hours availability, and a positive attitude.

Weekend and holiday availability is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork and reliability. We offer a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow, training in ServSafe, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher
• Fast food or retail experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations while respecting individual needs
• Make a memorable connection and ensure each guest's experience is the best
• Work with store management to deliver outstanding service and create a positive atmosphere
• Perform duties including baking bread, decorating cakes and making drinks
• Be on time for all shifts and adhere to company policies
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS and Bar departments
• Work hard and have FUN while doing so!
