Job summary

Panera Bread Elyria DT is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a bakery-cafe team, assist the GM in operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coach, develop, and motivate staff, manage scheduling, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You’ll contribute to a positive work culture, train new hires, and drive growth while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Health and safety are priorities in this fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
