Panera Bread is hiring an Assistant Manager in our Orange Township bakery-cafe. You’ll support the General Manager in managing daily operations, coaching and developing a great team, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences with high food safety and quality standards.

You’ll lead staffing, scheduling, and performance, grow sales, and help drive profitability while maintaining Panera’s warmth and culture. Open availability, nights and weekends, and 18+ age are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
