Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager by making key decisions and solving problems.
• Plan and manage staffing needs, shift scheduling, people development, career development, and succession planning.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training while motivating and energizing the team.
• Help ensure performance meets bakery-cafe goals, quality standards, and guest service expectations.
• Partner with the General Manager to develop managers on processes and Panera's guiding values.
• Work as a team to delight guests with food quality and service.
• Build relationships that foster long-term, loyal guests.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure policies and safety regulations are followed and a healthy workplace is maintained.
