• Retail experience
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Responsibilities include:

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product suggestions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries.
• Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer samples and inform customers of specials.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly portioned, and meet quality standards.
• Use bakery equipment according to guidelines.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain temperature logs.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, report safety issues, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Perform other duties as required to support bakery operations.
