Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Swedesboro, NJ, is hiring Controls Technicians to maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems on high-speed food production lines. The role includes leadership and training of Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, read schematics, and ensure GMP and safety standards while driving continuous improvement. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with industrial controls experience.
• Experience reading schematics, P&IDs, and maintenance manuals.
• Proficiency with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls issues.
• Train Electro-Mechanics across shifts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Support plant utility systems including steam, HVAC, and power distribution.
