The Market in the Square is hiring an enthusiastic Baker to join our Bakery department. You will produce a variety of visually appealing, high-quality baked goods by following set recipes and department standards, and support daily bakery operations.

Responsibilities

• Produce various baked goods by following set recipes and department standards.

• Maintain clean, safe and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Stocking and rotation of all bakery products and supplies.
• Utilize equipment, such as ovens, mixers, sheeters, fryers, scales, slicers and wrappers.

Overnight Bakers are responsible for producing various bakery products/baked goods by following set recipes and department standards. Bakers will measure, mix, cut, roll, press, proof, bake, fry, fill and frost as necessary to provide customers with a variety of visually appealing, appetizing, high-quality baked goods.
