Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club seeks a Bakery team member to assist customers, proof and bake bakery items, and keep displays stocked and clean. You will follow product handling instructions, rotate stock, and ensure quality standards in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items to members.
• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following production information.
• Packages freshly baked goods and rotates stock according to safety standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment and surfaces daily.
• Maintains product pricing labels and liaises with teammates to ensure inviting displays.
• Regular attendance and teamwork to support club standards.
