Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Cypress, CA is seeking an entry-level Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier) to deliver friendly service and manage fast, accurate transactions.

You will prepare beverages, assist customers with product selection, and maintain clean work areas while embracing a team-oriented culture. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).

Responsibilities
