85°C Bakery Cafe in Cypress, CA is seeking a Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier) to deliver an outstanding guest experience. The role covers coffee/tea beverage preparation, bread merchandising, and POS operations in a fast-paced retail bakery setting.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred), strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude. Weekend availability and ability to work at least 20 hours per week are strongly preferred, with training and advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.

What You'll Do

As a Storefront Associate, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience every day by:

• Cross-training in multiple areas, including:

Qualifications
