85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring a Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier) in Temecula. You will greet guests, help with product selection, and prepare beverages while delivering fast, friendly service.

This role requires weekend availability, a positive attitude, and teamwork to maintain a clean, organized store. Training is provided and customer experience is a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
