Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Temecula, CA is seeking a Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier) to deliver friendly, fast service and assist customers with product selection.

You will prepare coffee and tea, merchandise bread, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while working with a friendly team. Weekend availability is preferred and opportunities for growth exist within our expanding network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).
