85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking entry-level Bread Bakers, Cake Decorators, and Separators in Corona, CA. This role combines hands-on baking, decorating, and product preparation to deliver fresh breads, cakes, and bakery items.

The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules and requires strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, dependability, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bakery/food production or kitchen experience preferred.
• Passion for creating high-quality bakery products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week for part time or 32 hours per week for full time.
• Early morning, weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, prepare, and finish products following procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision while maintaining presentation and consistency.
• Separate, organize, package, and prepare finished products for distribution and sale.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and health regulations.
• Properly operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment.
• Work to meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory rotation and quality control.
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership and fellow associates.
• Arrive on time and follow all policies.
