Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience while assisting Bakery Manager in daily bakery operations.
• Bake, mix dough, icing, package and fill designated pastry and bread items.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and visually appealing department; ensure QA standards.
• Follow recipes, operate equipment, rotate merchandise, and track inventory weekly.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and proper use of gloves and hygiene practices.
