Nothing Bundt Cakes is looking for an Assistant Manager to keep the atmosphere upbeat and guests delighted while ensuring smooth daily operations. You will mentor a team, uphold service standards, and help drive sales.

This role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling flexibility, and a focus on coaching, training new team members, and delivering a standout guest experience in a fast-paced bakery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years guest-facing experience in retail/foodservice, lead role preferred.
• Proven track record coaching others and achieving productivity goals.
• Familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities
