Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in order to complete job duties and safety requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and base scores for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards including attendance.
• Forklift training is required as a job-specific program.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, stock items, and adjust pricing.
• Assemble and bake goods and place trays in ovens.
• Package and label baked goods and maintain display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
