Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Leesburg, VA seeks a team member for our bakery department to produce, bake, and package breads and pastries, and provide friendly service to shoppers. You’ll join a fast-moving, people-first environment where passion for baking shines.

You’ll help keep displays fresh, rotate stock, assist with deliveries, and work with a talented team to delight customers with high-quality baked goods and service.

Responsibilities

• Bake, produce, and package baked goods
• Provide incredible customer service and answer customer questions in a timely manner
• Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and aisles clean and well-stocked
• Follow proper stocking, rotating, and merchandising techniques to ensure freshness
• May help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory
