Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Massachusetts seeks a bakery team member to bake, produce and package baked goods, ensuring fresh displays and high-quality products.

You’ll provide friendly customer service, answer questions, and help unload deliveries while maintaining clean, well-stocked aisles and cases. This role offers growth within a mission-driven, people-first retailer.

• May help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory

As a member of our bakery department, you’ll work alongside a talented team responsible for the production and packaging of the breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods that make our customers’ day.
