Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets seeks a bakery team member to bake, produce, and package a variety of breads and treats in our Charlotte store. You will deliver friendly customer service, answer questions, and help keep displays fresh and inviting for shoppers.

The role emphasizes efficient stocking, rotating products, and maintaining clean aisles and backroom areas. Training will cover safety, quality standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
