Safeway is seeking a motivated Baker to join our bakery team. You will prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts from established recipes, measure, mix, shape, and bake, and decorate items to quality standards.

You’ll maintain a clean, safe work area, rotate and label ingredients, assist customers with questions, take special orders, and support daily production planning with the bakery team in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients; ensure products are well displayed.
