85°C Bakery Cafe in Austin seeks entry-level bakery team members to produce and prepare high-quality bakery products. The role emphasizes food safety, consistency, and attention to detail while working at a fast pace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Bakery/food production experience preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week for part time employees, 32+ hours for full time.
• Early morning, weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, prepare, and finish products following production procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision while maintaining presentation and consistency.
• Package finished bakery products for distribution and sale and monitor quality throughout production.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow food safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
