Qualifications

• Experience in Bakery or related industry desired (0–6 months)
• Flexible and able to learn Clerk and Cake Decorator functions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Perform bench work according to scratch procedures.
• Bake products according to scratch recipes and times.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in all tasks.
• Provide exemplary customer service and help guests locate products.
• Record special orders accurately and ensure freshness of products.
• Assist in maintaining bakery backroom, cooler and freezer efficiency.
