Qualifications

• No high school diploma required.
• Experience in bakery or related industry is desirable.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench work according to established scratch procedures when necessary.
• Prepare products and form them to specifications according to scratch recipes.
• Bake prepared products following recipe time and temperature guidelines.
• Operate proof box controls and ensure proper size and shape of products.
• Prepare and fry donuts according to established procedures.
• Maintain food safety practices to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Greet customers and provide exemplary service to help locate products.
