Qualifications

• 0–6 months experience in bakery or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench work per scratch procedures.
• Bake products to recipe specifications.
• Operate proof box and oven controls as required.
• Prepare donuts according to established procedures.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Provide exemplary customer service and assist guests in locating products.
• Assist in maintaining bakery backroom, cooler and displays.
