Searching for an experienced bread baker to bake pita bread. Applicant should have experience forming dough balls, flattening and shaping dough, and baking bread.

Position is in a fast casual Middle Eastern street food restaurant located in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, CA.

Position will have shifts on both the weekdays and the weekends. Shifts will start between 7-9am and will be 5-8 hour shifts depending on the store needs.

Applicant should be prepared to work in a high pace environment while maintaining a clean work space and a friendly demeanor. Baker will often interact with customers.

Pay starts at $18/HR plus additional tips of roughly $3/HR.
