Job summary

Push Operations in Lewisville, TX is seeking a baker to support daily production of high-quality baked goods. The role requires availability for morning/afternoon shifts and as-needed evenings, with a preference for flexible scheduling and weekend work.

You will greet customers, assist with orders, and maintain clean, organized workstations. The ideal candidate enjoys baking, values food quality, and works well under time pressure while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and available for morning and/or afternoon shifts.
• Willing to work until 10pm and weekends.
• Strong focus on food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with baking techniques and recipe consistency.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Flexibility to meet customer demands, including holidays.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes.
• Decorating and displaying the finished product.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure quality.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, providing exceptional service.
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Assisting with deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and sanitizing equipment.
