Qualifications

• Attention to detail for accurate measuring and following recipes.
• Physical stamina for long hours standing and handling heavy ingredients.
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
• Friendly communication with coworkers and customers.
• Reliability and willingness to work early mornings or weekends.
• Typically at least one year of bakery/café experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation and Baking Support: measure and prepare ingredients, mix doughs, shape pastries, assist with baking tasks under a baker's supervision.
• Kitchen Organization and Inventory: restock ingredients, organize prep areas, monitor stock levels, proper labeling and storage.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: maintain hygienic workspace, clean equipment and surfaces, follow food safety standards.
• Team Support: assist bakery team during high-volume periods and help ensure smooth daily operations.
