Qualifications

• Attention to detail for accurate measuring and following recipes.
• Physical stamina for standing long hours and handling heavy ingredients.

• Reliability and willingness to work early mornings or weekends.
• Typically, at least one year of experience in a bakery, café, or similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation and Baking Support: measure and prepare ingredients, mix doughs, shape pastries, and assist with baking under supervision, including decoration and packaging.
• Kitchen Organization and Inventory: restock ingredients, organize storage, monitor stock levels, and label/store items safely.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: maintain a clean workspace, clean equipment and surfaces, and follow food safety standards.
• Team Support: assist bakery team during peak times and help ensure smooth daily operations.
