Job summary

Rush City Bakery is seeking a Baker's Assistant to join our busy shop in Rush City, MN. You will pull items from the freezer and prep danish, pastries, cookies, turnovers, and more. This is a part-time role with Mon-Wed shifts and additional hours during the holiday season.

Expect a fast-paced bakery environment with early morning duties and opportunities to grow as the team expands during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced bakery environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Available for early morning shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking a Baker's Assistant to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will pull various products from our freezer and prep items such as danish, pastries, cookies, turnovers. Etc. This is a part time position for mon-wed. With more hours being available during the holiday season. If you don't mind being in a freezer at times and dislike a slow day of watching the clock tick by come see us at the Rush City Bakery!
