How You'll Spend Your Day

No two production shifts are exactly alike, but you might:

• Boil and bake bagels to CYM standards
• Prep ingredients, stock supplies, and set up stations for a smooth, successful service
• Follow recipes and CYM standards to deliver consistent, high-quality products
• Monitor product quality and communicate shortages, waste, equipment issues, or quality concerns to leadership
• Keep workstations, equipment, and production areas clean, organized, and food safe
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, allergen, and health department standards
• Learn new stations, adapt to menu changes and coaching, and continuously build your skills
• Support your teammates, help train new hires, and pitch in wherever the team needs you most

You Don't Need Bagel Experience.

Variety is the spice of life, and we hire folks with a crazy wide range of backgrounds! You'll do well if you have at least one year of experience in food production, baking, prep cooking, or another fast-paced kitchen environment. If you can safely wield a knife, follow recipes, stay organized, and take pride in producing consistently great food, we'll teach you the rest. Physical Requirements

The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively; standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements; lifting up to 50 pounds; and safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity. This role also requires working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and occasionally working in confined spaces. No hay dos turnos exactamente iguales, pero podrías:

• Hervir y hornear bagels de acuerdo con los estándares de CYM
• Preparar los ingredientes, abastecer los suministros y organizar las estaciones de trabajo para garantizar un servicio fluido y exitoso
• Seguir las recetas y los estándares de CYM para ofrecer productos consistentes y de alta calidad
• Supervisar la calidad de los productos e informar a los líderes sobre faltantes, desperdicios, problemas con los equipos o cualquier problema relacionado con la calidad
