Call Your Mother is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Reston to help craft delicious bagels and deliver fast, friendly service in a high-energy setting.

You will prepare ingredients, build sandwiches, and follow recipes while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen from open to close. Our team values collaboration, learning new stations, and a culture that supports growth with strong benefits for eligible staff.

You Don't Need Bagel Experience.

Variety is the spice of life and we hire folks with a crazy wide range of backgrounds! You’ll do well if you have at least 1 year experience washing dishes, wielding a knife (extra safely), following recipes and crushing it in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The right attitude and a strong baseline > a polished resume.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively; standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements; lifting up to 50 pounds; and safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity. This role also requires working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and occasionally working in confined spaces. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.

La variedad le pone sabor a la vida, y nos encanta contratar personas con experiencias muy distintas. Tendrás éxito en este puesto si cuentas con al menos 1 año de experiencia lavando platos, usando cuchillos de forma segura, siguiendo recetas y destacándote en un restaurante de ritmo acelerado.
