Job Opening: Part-Time Baker at Flik Hospitality Group

We are hiring immediately for a part-time BAKER position at Coca-Cola, located at 1 Coca-Cola Plaza, Atlanta, GA 30313. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirement: Prior high-volume catering experience is required.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as per production and catering sheets; assist in planning to meet daily requirements.
2. Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes, standards, and equipment.
3. Complete production records, track waste, and notify supervisors of low supplies.
4. Maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Keep equipment, supplies, and work areas clean and organized.
6. Handle food items safely, adhering to safety regulations.
7. Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after use.
8. Interact with customers and resolve complaints professionally; relay concerns to supervisors.
9. Maintain efficiency during peak production and service times.
10. Ensure food presentation and display meet standards.
11. Follow sanitation and safety protocols, complying with OSHA standards.
12. Complete assigned shift duties timely and thoroughly.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
