Job description. Bang Cookies is seeking a passionate and inquisitive staff member to join our team. Although the ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of cookies and baked goods, experience is not required but highly preferable. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high quality and consistency of our products and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Baking: Prepare and bake a variety of cookies, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
2. Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ovens, counters, floors, etc.
3. Quality Control: Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure the final products meet our quality standards.
4. Inventory: Track and report inventory levels of pucks (frozen cookie dough) and supplies, and assist in ordering as needed.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate with the baking team to ensure efficient service and product availability.
6. Sales: Assist customers with selecting products, handle transactions, and process payments.
7. Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Store Operations: Follow procedures to open and close the store properly, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for customers.
