Rosauers is hiring for a bakery team member in Spokane. You will bake a variety of breads and pastries, assist customers with a friendly approach, and ensure products are attractively packaged and ready for sale.

The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe workspace, stocking the bakery area, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals. Prior bakery experience and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bakery environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more ensuring quality and presentation.
• Engage with customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Package baked goods neatly to maintain freshness and appeal.
• Keep the bakery stocked and organized to meet customer demand.
• Monitor inventory and ingredients to prevent shortages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with health standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more - all as delicious as they are beautiful.
• Interacting with customers, and serving them with a big smile - you're the face of our bakery department!
• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!

Requirements
