Responsabilités

• Follow recipes and production lists to ensure high-quality bakery items.
• Adhere to health department guidelines and sanitation practices.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist with special orders.
• Monitor stock levels and assist on the service floor as needed.
• Maintain daily food safety logs and meet quality standards by set times.
• Collaborate with Bakery team to achieve department goals.
• Attend shifts as scheduled and communicate absences in a timely manner.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
