Job summary

Festival Foods in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a part-time Baker to join our bakery team. You will follow recipes and production lists to produce high-quality bakery items, ensuring freshness and guest satisfaction.

You will report to the Bakery Department Manager and work with a collaborative team. The role requires early mornings, weekends, and holiday coverage to support guests and events with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to assist guests and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and production lists to ensure quality bakery items.
• Adhere to Health Department guidelines and sanitation practices.
• Provide excellent guest service and handle special orders.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory.
• Maintain daily food safety logs and quality standards by targets.
• Collaborate with Bakery team to meet goals.
• Attend schedule with reliability and notify for replacements.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
