Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a dedicated Baker to prepare fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake, and decorate items to meet quality standards.

You’ll maintain a clean, organized workstation, rotate ingredients, and ensure attractive displays. Daily tasks include preparing for production, assisting customers with questions, taking special orders, and delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients; ensure displays are full and visually appealing.
• Plan daily production with bakery team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist customers with product questions, take special orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
