Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. bakery is seeking a dedicated Baker in Frisco, TX to prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts with quality and consistency. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake items, and decorate cakes and specialty desserts in a fast-paced shop.

You will also help keep a clean workspace, rotate ingredients, and assist customers with questions and special orders to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape and bake products; decorate cakes and desserts.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and rotate labels for ingredients.
• Assist customers with questions, take special orders, provide friendly service.
