Albertsons Companies is hiring a Baker to prepare fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts following our recipes. You’ll weigh, mix, shape, bake, and decorate items while maintaining high quality and consistency.

You’ll keep a clean, organized workspace, rotate ingredients, and display products attractively. Interact with customers, handle special orders, and support daily bakery operations with teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience baking breads, pastries, and desserts using recipes.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain quality, presentation.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and handle customer inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts per recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, bake, and decorate items.
• Decorate cakes and specialty desserts.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Display products attractively and rotate/label ingredients.

• Coordinate with bakery team to plan daily production.
