Job summary

Magnolia Bakery seeks a Baker at our New York City location with flexible hours. You will bake and prepare menu items according to our recipes, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include operating mixers and choppers, following safety procedures, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Prior bakery experience preferred; overnight shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional baking experience required.
• Must be willing to work overnight shifts.
• Demonstrates safe food handling and equipment safety.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel and Publisher.
• Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake menu items according to Magnolia recipes.
• Operate and monitor mixers and choppers safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work area.
• Follow safety procedures for equipment use.
• Provide high-quality customer service and uphold brand standards.
