• Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields.
• Follow Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide and Daily Menu.
• Be friendly and courteous to guests and assist them with baked goods.
• Adhere to just-in-time delivery responsibilities.
• Maintain CSQ standards and health department rules.
