Job summary

Donut Connection in Cranberry Township is seeking a full-time overnight Baker/Finisher to join our Cranberry team and deliver fresh, delicious donuts for our community.

Hours are from 10PM to 6AM; salary ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour plus tips. We offer a rich benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and retirement match as part of our nonprofit employer benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 1–3 years baking experience; training offered.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; follow recipes and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures timely.
• Produce high-quality finished baked products meeting standards.
• Maintain brand production standards and shift transition.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized; minimize waste.

Since then, we have continued to grow our mission and now operate another Donut Connection location in Cranberry Township. We are seeking a full-time overnight Baker/Finisher to join our Cranberry team and help us deliver the fresh, delicious products our customers know and love.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Full-time (40 hours/week) and overnight
• The hours are from 10PM-6AM
• $18-20/hour plus tips

Responsibilities

• Execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion.
• Produce consistent, high quality finished baked products to customers and ensure all products meet visual and taste expectations.
• Ensure brand production standards and systems are executed on shift and transition to crew position when production levels are complete for the day.
• Maintain a consistently high level of product quality, environment, and optimum output with minimum waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen/work area.
• Demonstrate commitment to company products and services.
